      doing well thanks! nice relaxing weekend. got a bit of sun and am back to being brown again! only a 4 day week this week as it is the 4th of july on friday so i am heading of to visit jp (the guy you thought was my gay lover when i first came back to scotland!) in austin, texas. i have heard that it is a great party town with lots of live music so I am looking forward to it a lot. i think we also have golf and a river hike planned so that'll be awesome too. i can't wait! speak soon! mike x

      i'll be going to london, france and then back to london where i now have to stay an extra week. hopefully it doesn't take longer than that. trying to do some overtime at the moment to make up for the extra time that i'm going to be away. just a wee bit nerve-wracking but it should be fine.....fingers crossed! all will be fine in terms of being there for the wedding though so no worries.

      doing ok. problems with my visa appointment. looks like i am going to have to stay in the uk an additional 5-7 days.

      no....i figured out that my head would look like the moon. just lost the beard. maybe i should grow it back....it helps to hide how fat i am getting!
