Basicallyi got bored the other day and typed free T-shirt into google, the one i was wearing was a bit old and wanted something new and what better kind of price than free. Does anyone else think that this year has gone really quickly? No? Just me then. Fair enough. It seems like only the other day that i was sitting down and writing this first blog but that was away back in September!

Well since then not all that much has really changed. Of course there have been the usual changes, I'm further into my overdraft than i thought possible but thats just par for the course of being a student bum!

Since the last write up i've been, for the most part, going to uni and keeping up with all the crap that comes with that.

I finally got round to doing my briefing for going down to Sandhurst, for anyone that knows what that entails i got a cat 1, for those that dont know anything about it and dont really care just nod and smile!

OTC took me on another wee adventure of firsts, in the form of Exercise Snowlion. Snowlion for those not in the know is the British army TA ski championship, yeah i know what your thinking, "I didn't know you could ski, and i really didnt know you could race!" and to those that thought that you would be totally right! Manage to fall on a green slope and hurt myself on the first day, made tackling the red race slope quite interesting to say the least! Week over lets just say i didnt take home any prizes, unless you count the Wooden Spoon so graciously given to me by Capt Davidson!

Next up on the cards is completing my Counter Terrorist Forms so that the army can check and make sure that i'm not one of our bomb vest wearing "friends", after that its onward to my final interview and if i pass that i'm all ready to go to sandhurst, once i graduate that is!

Well still keeping up appearances at uni and just had a class test which prpbably wasnt helped by being absolutely complately totally mashed last night. Well it was rememberence sunday after all. The remeberence parade went well and was only brought down by the really long sermon from FEMALE rev. What is this world coming to? This was offset by a good old prayer or two from our trusty roman catholic priest though so not all bad.

To anyway that has photos from yesterday please let me know! want to get some to try and help me piece the events back together again. The good old army ethos on remeberence is 'Drink to remeber, drink to forget' basically drink to their memory and then drink to forget the loss, well i think i may have taken this a little too literally as i drank so much i actually forgot why i started drinking in the first place! Thankfully it only happens once a year tho, but hey that why wednesday nights were invented right?
