Music
Was a massive Prince fan years ago, when he was Prince and not a squigilly line. Now i'll listen to anything, rock, pop, r'n'b don't really have a preference. Depends what mood i'm in really.
Films
I enjoy my movies and one of my all time favs is "A Few Good Men" No sex, no blood and guts just a story and a great one at that. Plus Demi Moore is in it, need i say more. Like action movies and Sci Fi. Love Zombie flics, the thought of getting eaten alive really freaks me out, but i luv them all the same.
Sports
Not into football at all (other than then World Cup) so don't ask me questions about it or involve me in any conversations about it because i don't know and quite frankly i don't care. I'm into Martial Arts, any kind of fitness training and i like the weights. But Martial Arts is what i do the most and the best. Was a pretty good athelete at school but that didn't go anywhere simply because if you didn't play football or soccer then they didn't want to know.
Scared Of
Spiders used to freak me out but not so much anymore. Wouldn't be the biggest fan of heights and of course i really don't find the idea of being eaten alive very appealing, call me old faishoned, but that's just me.
Happiest When
If i'm being honest with myself i'd have to say i'm happiest when i'm training/teaching. It gives me such a buzz. To push yourself and see the benefits is quite rewarding. Although i do like spending quality time with my two children, not that you could call them children anymore. My daughter just makes me smile she is a truly beautiful person and a joy (most of the time) to be around, except the mornings. Being with my grlfriend Kellie, she's an amazing person. Always has a smile on her face. She's lovely xo
Hate
Hate is a very strong word. I can't say i hate anybody or anything, but i do dislike certain people and things. I dislike rude people, there's no need for it be nice it costs you nothing. If i like you you'll know and if i dislike you you'll know. Dislike untidyness, really freaks me out (ask my daughter). Oh, i lied there is something that I HATE and that's bullies, i f@ck!ng hate bullies, cowards the lot of them.
Looking forward to
Going back 2 Dublin with Kellie 2 do my Level 2 Masterclass with Aidan Carroll and Tony Somers in Oct & Nov 09.

    Yeah homework is utter shite. Takes up a lot of my valuable tv and sleeping time! LOL As good for core strength as the moving is I'd rather have an easier job and hit the gym! Looks to be a good boxing gym ten mind away from the house that I was planning to use. But mor much chance I could move stuff for 10hrs a day then do it. Even I am human sometimes! Lol

    Havent got any training done since I started doing removals. Deadly sore on the body, especially with all the stairs in this place! Good core work though. Had a quiet week this week though with only one day worked but the rest was spent doing homework! no rest for the incredibly talented! lol I miss banging the pads though
