Today we took part in the race for life 2008 in Norwich, 11 o'clock this morning, we walked ran and jogged different parts of the 5 km course, was hard but a good laugh, had a great mate of mine running alongside of me, all the way round, started and finished together. Thanks Hayley. We completed the course in 43 mins exactly, completely knackered when we finished, as to be expected. I will easily do it again next year, hope to have more people join us on the way round. Would like to thank anyone that sponsered me, al the money goes to a great cause which is Cancer Research UK.
