I hate my mother she is threatening me with "you wont have the kids for much longer" she wont get anywhere she let my youngest niece go back to her mother who let her get assaulted and she was only 1 at the time ..........

all because she wrote me out a cheque for $200 so we could pay our telstra bill and i gave her the money back on the wednesday then a few weeks later we received a letter from telstra saying the cheque had bounced so i rang her and asked what was going on and she said that ebay took the money!!!
so i asked when will i be getting my money back as the bill needs to be paid she said when she gets a job..
so a few more weeks went by and i asked again when am i getting the money back as the bill really needs to be paid now and she said i'm not giving it back to you coz when your grandfather died 10years ago you owe me $400 !! I replied no i dont coz there is nothing in writing that i owe you $400 from my grandfathers belongings that i was told i could have...

so my mother wont give me the money back so i sought legal sdvice and it seems i can report her to the police for fraud (for passing valueless cheques)and that i can take her to court to get the $200 back i gave her and also another $200 for the other i had to pay on the bill again plus the $15 dishonour fee from tesltra for a cheque that bounced and any court costs she has to pay..

She leaves me no other option but to go ahead and report her to the police and file a civial court thing which ill be doin monday ..

and to top it off my mother wont let me talk to my brother ......

and she wonders why i hate her .........

hey there
haven't wrote for awhile well today i took the kids to the gawler show and they loved it they had their first roller coaster ride
and they were on their best behaviour so i might take them to the adelaide show next week
not much else has been happening things with my sister have cooled down for now but we will see how long that will last

she makes up such malicious stories and hurts people even if it is her own kids what a bitch
