- I have lived in Kodiak, Alaska all my life and despite what other people think of Kodiak, I love it. I have a great family. I love my brother and am glad he is doing well and loves college. My mom is the city manager of Kodiak and one of the awesomest people I have ever met. My dad's a lawyer at his own private pratice and after he got cancer last year it scared us all and it made me change my perspective on life and some other things. My role models are my mom, Katie Helligso, Donna Carlson, and Ally Beard. My best friends are Melissa Sekerak and Lucy De Santiago.
