    As we grow up, we learn that even the 1 person who wasn't supposed 2 eva let u down probably will. U will have ur heart broken, probably more than once, & it's harder every time. U'll break hearts 2, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. U'll fight with ur best friend. U'll blame a new love for things an old 1 did. U'll cry because time is passing 2 fast, & u'll eventually lose someone u love. So take 2 many pictures, laugh 2 much & love like u've neva been hurt, cos every 60 seconds u spend upset is a minute of happiness u'll neva get back.

    Find a guy who calls u beautiful instead of hot; who calls u back when u hang up on him; who will stay awake just 2 watch u sleep. Wait 4 the guy who kisses ur forehead; who wants 2 show u off 2 the world when u r in ur sweats; who holds ur hand in front of his friends.     I've learned that we don't have to change friends if we understand that friends change.

    Wearing your new shoes on the first day of school. year excursion trips. TAZOS When Christmas was the most exciting time of year. When $5 seemed like a million, & another dollar a miracle. When Toys R Us was the best place to be. Go back to the time when.... Decisions were made by going 'eeny-meeny-miney-moe'. Mistakes were corrected by simply exclaiming 'do over!' 'Race issue' ment arguing about who ran the fastest. Money issues were handled by whoever was banker in 'Monopoly'. It wasn't odd to have two or three 'best' friends. Being old referred to anyone over 20. A chance to skate as a couple at the local roller rink was like winning the lottery. Scrapes & bruises were kissed & made better. It was a big deal to finally be tall enought to ride the 'big people' rides at the fair. When playing Nintendo was the hardest thing ever. When Ninja Turtles ruled the world.
