Thx, I'll give Gerry ur no. There's been a few changes in the work. Theresa's left - she took her VR and John Shewan's leaving soon. Stuart's (the boxer) 's left - he got a job in the town. All the teams have changed - all the people on the phones are on Gems or Whitemail and vice versa. They are doing a six month rota so people are not constanly on the phones.
