Ok, first off, my heading is corny! I don't know what I was thinking when I typed that. Well, a little about me, I may act like an airhead and card carrying cornball, but I'm a very smart, intelligent, detail-oriented woman. I enjoy laughing and having a good time, enjoy positive people and have no patience for negative, ignorant, annoying people. I love learning new things, I try to learn something new everyday and try to improve myself a little bit everyday. I enjoy reading, watching TV, listening to music, travelling, love the beach especially the Outer Banks.

Ohhh, I like a little of EVERYTHING from all the genres of music. I'm probably the only 34 yr. old black woman who will pump the radio up while driving blasting the Disney Channel radio station. Or rock the Shrek 2 soundtrack as if it were some Kanye West joint. But, I'll also turn up the gospel and rock your left sock completely off. Then, I'll blast some Toby Keith with no problem. Then hit you with a little Il Divo to boot.

All time favorite, I don't care how old I get it's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". Fav. romance film: "Dying Young". Fav. comedy: "A Low Down Dirty Shame". Fav. tear-jerker: "Beaches" & "How To Build An American Quilt". Scariest Film: "The Exorcist" and "Seven"

  • My Crush On Dennis Haysbert

    Ya'll I have the biggest crush on this man, I love EVERYTHING about this man.....his voice, his crooked smile, his narrow feet, his little chest hairs and EVERYrole this man has ever played!!! Mr. Dennis Dexter Haysbert! That name sounds so distinguished and he has lived up to it. Lord have mercy, it don't make good sense. You know never have I went all out about an actor, but I really want to meet this man. You know, just to say "hi" or something and maybe get a pic, you know and a hug would be nice.....I bet he smells goooooood. He drives me crazy when he says, "It's time to make the world a better place to drive, that's Allstate's stand. Are you in good hands?" His birthday is Friday, he'll be 52! 52 is looking some kinda good these days, I tell ya. Well, I guess I need to stop rambling on and on about this beautiful man. And you know, it's not all about the looks either, this man looks like he might have a gracious and loving personality. Like he is humble enough to laugh at himself and proud enough to stand on his convictions. He looks like he enjoys laughing and is a great conversationalist and also likes to just sit and listen. Alas, I will probably never know, so I guess I'll just have to settle with watching him on "The Unit" as Jonas Blane. You guys should tune in and catch the show, it's really good! See how I did a segue for his show, lol!!! ;)

  • What the??? Where Art My Friends????

    Ok! I don't know who sent me the link to join bebo, but ya'll aint right! 'Cause why am I the ONLY one out of my friends on here that actually sits down and write stuff??? That ain't right! Why am I the only one who actually post pics on bebo??? That ain't right! Ya'll aint right!

    Anywho! I 'pose I'll just keep writing and maybe one day the rest of ya'll will follow suit or I'll make me some new friends and replace ya'll! Nah, just kidding, that would make me not right, lol!

    Ok, check this out, ya'll know I got a spot on 43Things, right, well guess who got a spot on MySpace??? Me! I had to go and see what all the fuss was about and whatnot, 'cause I am nosey like that, anyway, yeah I'm up on there with the rest of the millions of folks. Plus I'm on there to keep my prying eye on my daughter's online activities, actually I introduced her to MySpace. I'm enjoying my time on there, you know talking to folk and begging folk to be my friend, lol!

    Ok, how about I got a huge crush on Dennis Haysbert! Lord hamercy! Ok, sorry I had to throw that in there just in case one of youse (working on my Italian New York accent) knew him.

    And another thing, why in the world is Emeril grilling sardines, tawking 'bout "you gotta handle 'em real gingerly". :O I know it smells some kinda stank up in that studio! Then he's tawkin 'bout "I wish you could smell this, it smells like a big gawden". This is one of those shows where I'm glad I don't have "smellovision" :L !!!
