  • South Tipp Macra Christmas Party 08

It was a fine clear night that Martin Maddens bus left the sleepy hamlet of Ballyneale on its way to the Dundrum House Hotel for this years Macra Christams Party.Being a new club no one knew what to expect but after a tin of roses and several cans and bottles (praise must be given to Andrew for bringing the bottle opener belt), from the Ormond Stores no one really cared.
Arriving in the hotel around ten, the drink was soon flowing and the craic was mighty. Some were more lucky than others but everyone was having a great time. The Dj was great and there were several appearances by Grangemocklers answer to Boyzone. Some people did get bored and so decided to play catch with the bouncers around the nearby golf course and breaking a window. Everyone was sad to be leave at around 3ish (i cant really remember) and the bus journey home was shortened considerably by Funny man and lege Connor "Fogo Fogarty". One question still remains however who will buy Dean his John Deere?
