- Hello. My name is John Sponaugle, I am just a pretty normal laid back guy. In my spare time I enjoy Surfing the Internet, Watching TV, Hiking, Swimming, or buying the latest gadgets.
I grew up in a Pentecostal Holiness background. But I was never able to fully commit to that kind of lifestyle. I learned that there was more to a spiritual walk with God than to be a part of some organized religion and a people pleaser. To look back on it, it taught me a lot of good, but also hindered me as well. It took some time to free my mind of all the brainwashing and at times it still holds me back. But I can only take it one day at a time and one step at a time.
I used to live and work on the road traveling for a living, but God has blessed me with a job in my hometown. At the end of the day I am much happier now. He has blessed me with promotions within my first year, so that I am thankful for.

You have no idea how nice it is to wake up and smell pancakes every morning its heaven. And I finnally got a job I start working at crackel-barrel saterday starting off at 7.20 an hour to seat people such a easy job but it is the only thing I can do since Iam only 16 but its money well later man.

oh okay i get you... i have some really good friends that are not far from you.. they live in crozet way out in the country... i'm planning on flying out this winter and go skiing with them. love it out there. and i go to darrell tolivers church here in oklahoma..so i bet we know some of the same people. hahaha

uuuhhhh. yeah i know all about those liquid meals. lol i was in bc just little over a year ago. i like it up there as well. i bet u have a ton of marriott points then... i usually stay in the residence inn or courtyards. i currently have over 300,000 points right now... i guess i should use them sometime. can't make up my mind if i should spend 3 weeks ocean front in maui, or at the marriott in london right on the thames river. i guess i could do both. now if i could only convence my company to let me off for all of that. so where about in va do you live?

Hey buddy, I know what you mean by more to life than what was forced as kids, I'm learning that now. I didn't know the Flecters where living in WV, I couldn't tell you that last time I seen them. Glad works is going good for you, it has been busy around her also with work, school and raising a little girl, lol. Just the other week we got to go to Oklahoma and visit my in-laws, I have two new nephews. One is my brother-n-laws boy & the other is John Lam's boy, John is like a real brother to me so I consider his son a nephew.
