Alright mate i was hammering the gym but got sick of it this week so having a week off. usual shite here tubo's moito problema's. Vitoria was a good night we ended up in a club that had a chute in it , flying down that with the champers in the bucket in 1 hand and the glass in the other. It's not too bad still enough here for some madness but am back in 2 weeks on monday then ibiza for a rave. There's no way you have a belly , i'd imagine it would be like a white african with malnutrition !
