Oooo, you'll be in Cuba now so doubt you'll have access to Tinternet?! My tips are: Don't eat yellow snow! Drink Mojitos in the Earnest Hemmingway Hotel (in the square), smoke cigars in the illegal wine cellars, can't remember where they are, around from the Castro Museum, a wee tiny street, can't get a car down it????? Botanic Gardens or Central Park have some amazing trees - sounds geeky, but go see and you'll know what I mean!! Playas del Este is the beach the locals go to, watch your bag, but good laugh, we saw some colourful dancing when we went. If you catch a plane to the other side of the Island, Guardavlaca is beautiful, and if you go, make sure to visit the local school, farm and Dr's office, you won't believe it (Dr's only get paid $11 a year) You can get a flight like a bus and the flight we were on, people were standing!! I'll check the finances, I would LOVE to come out to see you in LA and will also speak to KJ and get back to you.
