- Ty, myself and our two beautiful girls are on the move again. Now living in Carcassonne, in the south of France. Ty is playing for the local league team ... so the girls and I are settling into our new hometown and learning the language and culture. We're looking forward to the relaxed French lifestyle and spending more time at home with our two girls Natalya and Melyna.

Update ** Wednesday 26 April 2006
Our little baby girl Melyna celebrates her 2nd week today. She is getting bigger each day and looks more and more like her dad and big sister Natalya.
Natalya is back at school today for the start of Term 2. Term 2 should be a very busy term for her as she has netball and tutoring on Saturdays, swimming on Friday afternoons (she's in Tuna this term... swimming the full length of the swim school pools). And also, hip hop classes start up this term too. So that should keep her busy and out of mischief. She will also be making her First Holy Communion on 28th May.
So in all, we'll be busy for the next few months with Natalya's extra curriculum activities and watching baby Melyna grow. Will try and put more pics on bebo.

Christmas Day 2005
Christmas Day was quite different this year. With dad spending Christmas in Limoux, and Natalya and mum in Auckland. Also John & Tash were expecting their little girl on Christmas Day.
Christmas Day started with midnight mass at St Malachys and then followed with the ceremonious tea, chocolate biscuits and opening presents at 30 Universal Drive. Natalya was so excited with all her presents that she finally got into bed at 3am. She was up again at 7am to rush over to Nana Ngaire's for breakfast and to open the presents under the Christmas tree at Patts Ave. We had breakfast with Nana Ngaire, Papa Fred, Loma, Aaron, Hine and Mohe, Mike and Mua and the kids.
While we were having breakfast, Papa Peter and his kava drinking group were organising their Christmas lovo for lunch/dinner. But before we sat under to eat with the families that had arrived at 30 Universal Drive, we quickly visited our new baby cousin at the North Shore Hospital. She was born at 12.30pm and weighed 8 lbs (her name is yet to be decided...)... and is absolutely beautiful.
Then it was dinner and dance at 30 Universal Drive with our Rotuman friends. Then a little nap before we headed over to the Scanlans for after dinner drinks. Chloe will be leaving for Korea on Tuesday, on an exchange programme for 4 weeks. So a little celebration drink for Chloe and Christmas.
Finally Natalya and Tyaaron crawled into bed after a big day at midnight...
We had a great day and we hope you had one too...
