      After cramming 200 + people into it's launch night with Turtle Dog main man Dave Owens , Unity's Pierce Rooney ,The Adrenalin Crew , Browner , Jaycee & Function 1 Boss Shane Greene, and been talked about as one of the best hardhouse gig's of the year , Function 1 is proud to welcome for the first time to the Emerald Isle , Valex aka James Jackson

      James has been flying high in the UK & around the Hardhouse scene worldwide as of late with his superb bootys and original tracks from Cafe Del Mar , Olive - Not Alone , Bizzare Inc - Playing With Knifes & the sublime booty of Inner City - Big Fun , also tracks such as 4Gotten , De Ja Vu & the savage Chaseing Cows due out on James Nardi's Killer Hurts Recordings have been tearing dance floors apart across the Hardhouse circuit having support from all the top DJ's such as Andy Farley , Glazby , Karim Ben Stevens , Nardi , etc .things can only get better for James with recent gigs at top promotions nights around the UK and now Ireland , were sure u will be hearing a lot more from him .

      Expect a lots of new tracks for his Dublin visit , under his own Valex name and other various guises such as Imaginary Forces / Optimus Prime which he will have fresh from the studio for his first Irish appearance , from sessions with Dom Sweeten aka Defective Audio / Base Graffiti , Dave Owens & Nardi planned before the gig , your sure the 'QUALITY' will be there to hear in abundance .

      Also , James runs his own Nitrox & Beserk label , having some of the hardhouse scene's elite remixeing his tracks , such as Justin Bourne & Dynamic Intervention , Ilogik & Paul Janes , Defective Audio , DNG & his tracks making waves around the scene , it shall be 'Quality Assured' no doubt . with all this in mind were sure James will rock Function 1 and create a repeat of the atmosphere you witness at the launch night , thanks to u !!!!.

      Support on the night comes with Unity Recordings Pierce Rooney doing a b2b set with up and coming future star of the hardhouse scene that is Tomo Murray , be sure to look out for this young lad , he definatly one for the future , also playing on the night shall be Function 1 Boss Shane Greene & Browner .
