Cant wait till 15th of feb! going up to move into my new police accomidation. BUT... I have a problem. know matter what I do I cant stop think 'I wonder what Karin is up to now?' like a little pansy ass sissy! I dont even know why too! Its not like I was even upset the relationship was over, she was very manipulative and made me appolagise for stuff that wasn't even anything to do with me. Ive just read this journal artical called the 'Gaslighter' effect'.
It basically defined my relationship with her (Karin)! It said the Gas was the person who was manipulating the other person and needed to feel superiour to re-affirm their status, and the lighter who sympathised so much the the other person that they do anything to make the 'Gas' happy because it makes them happy. THAT WAS US! And it was bad, dont let yourself fall into this trap because its not a nice place to be, trust me!
In other news ive been partying my arse off! the past two weekends actually but they were both 3 day benders! Ive gotta stop though as alcohol impeads muscle growth, and I havent been the best behaved boy while partying either! Its great to catch up with old school mates though.
Other great news.....Ive gained half a stone in the last month or so, im now 13.5 stone and its all muscle! Ive put another inch on my chest in the last two weeks, and my high protein diet of:
Fish, rice, potatoes, protien shakes, tuna, mackrel, eggs, red meat, porridge (every morning!), chicken, pasta, and of course bannanas are driving me CRAZY! no variety what so ever! but the results are well worth it. I mean come on...who wants a piece?!!!0 Comments 286 weeks

I finally got a job offer from Lancashire Police! My start date in the 18th of Feb! Cant flanging wait! So im celebrating all weekend. In other news me and Karin as you can see finally broke up. It was really sad but we will of course still be in touch. I havbeen listening to loads of music videos on you tube of a german band called Die Artze which is 'The doctors' in english. They rock! Everyone do a search for them, their videos are so funny, especially a song called 'Junge'. Also search for Rammstein, they are awsome too, expecially if your broken hearted!0 Comments 288 weeks

The worlds gone PC mad!
You know what Im tired of? Political correctness! I mean seriously, you cant say anything these days without insulting or insinuating an insult to one of the many thousands of ethnic, religous or whatever minority that wants to kick up a fuss and scream unfair treatment.
If you go to Germany, Russia, Brazil, Cuba, Japan whereever...you are surrounded by their culture, traditions, values and lifestyle. But in the UK, theres no such thing. Its become so PC consious, so now social and cultural barriers have been created between everyone and of course this had led to tension and even worse racist thoughts of biggots in this country. Hence the familiar phrase uttered by the uneducated working class 'The problem is all these bloody immigrants!'
I say we should tear down the PC barrier, stop being afraid of insulting whichever religous group that lives around the crner from you and share our differences in celebration of what it means to be British in todays massive culture sharing sociaty of the UK today. Oi oi oi!!... Oi!! Give me time!! My dad has a very slow computer and I dont have internet yet at the flat. MCR was ACE and gutted I didnt get any good pics cos of those fuckin 14yr old emo bams!! We showed them how to mosh!!! Will definately come down visit you in Lankishyland and bring down the girls for you! Didnt have a flat warming at my new flat so will make up for it at ur place!!!
