- How to descibe me in a nutshell, hmmm, this could prove troublesome.
I am a bookworm and a movie nut. A self-confessed Lord of the Rings freak. I have recently moved home to Limerick after living in Edinburgh and am being kept busy doing odd jobs for the good old department of Education - and socialising of course!

Woohoo! First Day in New Job!
It's official, I am now the new Purchasing Assistant for Macraes Edinburgh. It's right out in Granton, which means that on sunny days - like today- I can eat my lunch on the beach!
And this is a company that supplies Seafood to Waitrose - for the benefit of my Irish mates, Waitrose is a supermarket that makes Superquinn look like Lidl! A couple of times a week it is part of my job to participate in the Taste Panel, I get to taste salmon and crab and trout and lobster and every other fishy thing my heart desires and they pay me to do it!!!!!

Ch-ch-ch-changes!
Well, it's official. My time here in the Augustinian Church is coming to an end. I finish up on Friday, March 10th and on Monday, March 13th I fly over to Edinburgh - for good. Well. The next few years anyway!
I am so excited! With spring in the air I have been lusting for a place of my own to decorate it, and soon enough, I shall have one. Mwah ha ha.

The Morning After the Night before
Went to the BellX1 gig in the RDS in Dublin last night with my old pal Sarah Loughman. What a blast that was!! They were in great form. They played Sarah's favourite, 'Slow Set', and my favourite, 'Alphabet Soup'. (Ya have to love a song that mentions Maude Gonne!)
Got the train down from Dublin this morning for work. Am now in the office, exhausted, still deaf in one ear and tickled pink!
