Celebrating Mothers Day....one of my greatest joys. My children showed their love to me in ways unique to them. Me and my daughter Rebecca sat in her room and talked and talked for hours about life, men, sex, and about the things in our life we are thankful for......She told me she is thankful to have me for her mother. My son Travis and I spent time together watching a movie and talking about how he is getting grown up and that someday he will get a job and take good care of me. He said I could live with him when I get old. I then said I dont know if your wife will like living with her mother-in-law. He said she would have to like it or he wouldnt marry her....Then I asked where would I stay, would I have my very own room-he then replied "No we will just put your old stinky ass in the den".We fell over with laughter and he then got up came across the room and kissed me and said Mom there will always be a place for you. I started to cry and He said Gosh Mom quit crying. My greatest gifts are my children.....I love then more than the air that I breathe.

I am in California, with my brother Joe (San Diego) & Eddie(Bethany OK) and we are going to this Indie Music Festival called COACHELLA ( Tool & Depeche Mode) are the Headliners but most of the bands are up and coming(so to speak) like The Yeah,Yeah,Yeahs, Catpower, and about 50 more bands. It is a 2 day festival and we camp out and hear great music and meet unique people. I am so excited. It is also my brother Eddie's 21st birthday. What good memories we are going to make. Back in the day I would also be thrilled about all of the drugs that are probably going to be here but I really enjoy being sober and so I will take in all the beautiful things with my fresh clear eyes. My brother Joe is a US Marine and just returned from Iraq. My sister Schelli also has a son Jon Reynolds,who is also US Marine and he is currently in Fallujah, Iraq. He will be home at the end of the year hopefully. My Brother Charlie Is living in Columbia Missouri and he has 3 children. Schelli has 5 children. Life is looking so wonderful and I am thankful to be alive. My little Brother Eddie is a musician (Drummer) and in 2 Bands in Oklahoma (Skies Fallen and Radio Deception). My brother Joe (Guitarist & Beautiful Singer) made a CD about 9 years ago in Columbia Missouri. His Band was called Columbia. Joe & Eddie are so gifted. My son Travis plays Guitar and Drums as well and seems to also have the same god given talent. I play the guitar and sing only for my children.
