the first 16 years of my life arent that interesting. i was born in craigavon hospital weighing a tiny little 3lbs and 12oz...awww! and im still small, but dont ya love me 4 it :)

Im concentrating on family life at the minute but trying to get as much partying in as i can! Life is such a beautiful thing, and there is always more to see. I am peaceful with everyone I know. I will always lend you a helping hand, a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on. You can have some chocolate too :) My path in life is guided by those around me as well as my dreams.

Love to everyone who touches my life, and of course my little sis lisa :) My daughter Molly is the centre of my world and she makes me smile everday :) I love my little angel and also my little hubby Kristian. Peace and love to you all xx

slugs. well im not SCARED of them, theyre just REALLY GROSS. actually yeah. i have a phobia of them. not really a fan of big knives either.
Happiest When
im with my Molly or Kristian :) my friends always cheer me up! oh yeah sleeping rocks. so much. not really a big drinker but im up 4 a few housepartys and the like. love listening to music. is it just me or is a 6 hour bus ride brilliant cos u can listen 2 music the whole time and it doesnt matter if ur ass goes dead?!!
Important to Me
The most important thing to me is to be a good mother, and teach my child to do the right things in life, and to see the beautiful things in life. i want her to be happy. I am passionate about our natural earth, and try to be good to our Mother Earth.. Molly is in cloth nappies (!) and i use organic, ethical and fairtrade products when i can. I encourage others to do the same *hint hint* :) My friends are so important, they have got me through rough times. I know that im never alone.

    • Molly, 4 and 1/2 months

      Ive not much memory of the last few months. It all goes so quickly I can barely remember what happened yesterday.

      I think Molly is started teething, as she has bright red cheeks, drools all the time and is constantly trying to eat her hand. she's also learned to shout - not scream, shout.

      Sill using the cloth nappies (still buying the, Im addicted - theyre so cute!) and shes still breastfeeding a couple of times a day. i think she prefers strawberry baby porridge (not as tasty as it sounds.)

      She has tickles in her ribs and loves being bounced up and down, so she laughs a lot. The bouncing thing is about to be delegated to a door bouncey harness as she weighs over a stone and thats bloody heavy to be boucning on your own arms!

      we are looking forward to our first christmas as a family, and i will take lots of pics and videos as she'll be the only one who wont remember it!

    • Pregnancy questions answered...

      Its getting to the stage where every random person around is vaguely interested in my pregnancy. which is great, thanks for the concern! but im answering the same questions day in day out. and theyre not even interesting answers. so id like to point out a few things...

      1) i am due on august 4th. feel free to let me know if ur birthday happens to fall within a few weeks either side of that because i hear it from everyone who hopes to share their bday with a newborn.
      2) i dont know the sex of the baby. i dont plan to find out until its here - surprise!
      3) iv not had any weird cravings. took to walkers cheese and onion a little at the start but nothing that demanded sending kris off 2 the 24/hr garage at 4am.
      4) yes i am excited.
      5) yes i am terrified.
      6) its hard 2 think of names, but top of the list seem 2 be Molly, Havana, Malachi and Loughlann.
      7) i plan to work until the end of june, then ly in bed for the rest of it.
      8) i dont c the harm in trying breastfeeding, and wud love it to b a success. even though i dont really know anyone else whos recently had a baby who has tried it.
      9) no i have not got anything ready. no furiture, no sterilisers or bottles, no moses basket or bath stuff. i do have one cute outfit and a pack of bodysuits, andd all our washable nappies for the first few months.
      10) if u offer babysitting, i will hold u to it.

      in sex ed they teach u that if u have sex ul get pregnant, catch sti's and have a horrible, horrible life. of course what they havent realised is that that doesnt actually put people off.

      "clamydias not that bad...antibiotics'll clear that right up"...
      "syphillis? just a bit itchy..."...
      "sure, pregnancy is just a fact of nature...god loves babies..."

      not that ive ever experienced the first 2, but im sure theyre much worse than that as no-one bothrs 2 explain 2 u how annoying pregnancy is until it happens...i love my little babba an'all, but...

      u get fat, ur internal organs squished in all directions so u pee every hour and cant eat more than a few forkfuls without heartburn, with the exception of ur uterus which expands beyond belief (from plum-sized to watermelon sized).

      boobs get so senstive wearing a bra seems incomprehensible but if you dont they'll end up round ur knees. they leak stuff which apparently is fun to squeeze out if ur like me and love 2 pounce on people's zits and blackheads and pick at their dry skin conditions (or is that just me?) and then they go all cracked and bleed (think of when u have 2 break in new shoes...its like this with boobs and breastfeeding...)

      u have needles poked into ur arms monthly and ur urine is no longer ur own property. u learn what blood pressure is and therefore worry about it.

      u get depressed when u realise all ur favourite clothes no longer fit, and get excited at the prospect of a shopping trip for maternity clothes. u then get depressed again when u realise how ugly and boring they all are. u also get depressed for no reason and cry at the Carphone Warehouse adverts where the mobile gets left behind, and half the other ads on tv.

      sleep, once taken for granted, is a luxury as the babba makes itself comfy, kicking ur bladder and ribs, u get horrible heartburn lying down (and it doesnt necessarily go away when u sit up) and ur hormones raise ur body temperature 2 an uncomfortable level. after about 5 or months, breathing becomes restricted and the feeling of suffocation will be constant and increasingly worse as ur baby grows and takes up space where ur lungs should be.

      and with 3 months 2 go the babba has perched itself on a nerve in my back which causes pain everytime i, well, move. and that probably will only get worse until the birth.

      dont think il talk about birth in this blog. some of you may be eating as u read this.

      although i may at some point because its fun having a whinge on bebo and i can freak people out at the same time.
