- Me, Myself, and I
- My life right now is centered around school. I have a love for History and expression and found the perfect major in Art History. I love to read and go out with my friends and enjoy just being young and not having to worry too much. I'm planning on going to Italy next semester to study abroad and so I spend a lot of time planning for that and trying to teach myself Italian.
- Music
- Music is the air that I breath and a subtle signal I send to the world as to which mood I'm in. I love music with heavy beats, smooth rhythms, soft strings and screaming guitars. Whether the lyrics are sung in a language I can understand, by a man, woman, or child, if it reaches inside of me, I'll sit and listen or let it move me however it wishes. I grew up on the Beach Boys, Ricky Nelson and John Denver. Pasty Cline, Jonny Cash, Garth Brooks and Dolly Parton opened my world to Country Western while the smooth vocals of Marvin Gaye, Lionel Richie, Diana Ross and Ella Fitsgerald drew me to Jazz and R&B. Schubert is my favorite Classical composer, though lately Verdi has captured my attention. Now I love everything from Coldplay to Kelly Clarkson to Nelly.
- Films
- Though there's nothing like a hunky action star shootin' up the bad guys, I'm more of a chick-flick kinda girl who loves quirky heriones who just aren't entirely confident in themselves. Movies like Stealing Beauty and Amelie give this dreamer a vicarous romantic fix. But sometimes you've just got to laugh till it hurts - the kind that takes your breath away like it happens when you watch the Wedding Crashers. Granted, you can't beat the leading men like Cary Grant, Sean Connery and Fred Astair.
- Sports
- It's all about the University of Arizona Wildcat Basketball Team. Well, that and Swimming. Have you seen the Australian men in their swim trunks?!
- Drinks
- I love a good Vodka Martini. But having worked in a Mexican restaurant for more years than I care to admit to...I'll take a Margarita during any happy hour, or a Dos Equis even if it isn't Cinco De Mayo.
