About Me

Me, Myself, and I: Married 24 years to the cute older guy in the picture. Have two kids....one in the Air Force (thanks for serving!) and one in college. Presently substitute teaching but will be teaching fourth grade full time next year in the local Catholic school....something I'm excited about.....glad I have a few months to prepare! Member of an interdenominational church with over 5000 attending each week! It's huge, but I love it. I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time with my husband, kids, and friends. Currently, Bob and I bowl once a week with friends....I recently bowled a 209...have no idea how I did it and doubt I'll repeat it anytime soon! We also take ballroom dance lessons together......we mostly laugh, but have a good time with it! (Hint: It's a lot harder than it looks!)

Music: Any music from the 70's (too many to name), Christian music, and country music (Tim McGraw, Raschal Flatts).
Films: The Notebook, The Sound of Music, Steel Magnolias, Calendar Girls
Sports: College Football (Roll Tide!)
Scared Of: Looking back on life and realizing I missed out on something!
Happiest When: I'm with my kids/family, old friends, or at the beach.
Pet Peeves: People who come to this country illegally and think they have the RIGHT to protest our laws! Parents who ignore their bratty kids in stores! People who talk on cell phones in movie theaters!
Proudest Moments: Watching my children (now grown) achieve their dreams! Awesome!
