Nathan Ian McCaffery Smith finaly arrived on the 3rd june after going in hospital sunday the 1st at 10:30pm,didnt get to go in the birth centre
cos i had to go on a monitorin machin so i had to go in the normal delivery suit which i thought was nicer.labour wasnt as bad as i thought it would be didnt have pain relif apart from gas and air(brilliant stuff). had lots of blood tests and was put on 3 different drips and antibiotics,waters were broken monday 2nd at 09:15am(which was the most painful part of the labour),last stage of labour began 10:15pm,went to theatre at 11:00pm,(due to nathan getting his head stuck in my pelvis as he tried to turn because he was back to back with me),was givin a spinal block at 11:30pm,baby nathan arrived by forseps at 00:14am tuesday morning weighing 7lbs 13 1/2oz it felt like a long time but i finaly got to say hello to the little boy who had been kicking all this time at 00:30am.
