Had the surgery and it went well and now have the stitches out but it is still sore and just trying to get the strength back into it like it used to be so long ago. I know that it is going to take awhile for that to happen but have all of the excercises to do that at times make the hand hurt. But I have to do them so I go through it. Good thing that I have some pain pills for those times.

Well have made it through another year. It sure seems like the older that I get the quicker the years go by. Hope that this year holds good things for all of us. Some times it seems like it can only get worse and then some little happens and it does manage to get a little better. I have to go next week to the doctor and see when he is going to do the surgery on the right hand and see how long that is going to take to heal so may not be able to do much writing once they do the surgery. Who knows?? Well I guess that I could use one hand although it will take longer to write on here but that may work.

Did not drink any alcohol for New Years Eve instead I drank some Cold Duck which is really grape juice and it kind of tastes like wine. So my mind thinks that I am drinking and sometimes can get really silly when drinking it except for this time. Just did not feel in the silly mood that night.

Well another week end has gone by too fast for me. Seems like the older that I get the quicker they go by. It also seems that the older I get the colder it seems to get in the winter time. Guess it is just the age that makes the bones ache in the wintertime. Oh to be young again!!!!
