hi friends, i have been Ill this week with the flu but i am feeling a little better now even though i still cant eat anything because i feel like i am going to throw up if i eat a single thing other than toast, my stomach seems ok when i eat toast so i will have to live off that for a little while but i'll be better soon and back to my normal self again, any way i hope all are good, take care for now love emma.xxx
