"Please, don't go, I need you here" Rosette pleaded, tears flowing freely "You can't go, you can't, I won't let you!"
"Rosette, my love, don't make this harder than it already is. After tonight, what that b*****d tried to do to you, I don't want to leave you alone, but Armand will watch over you. You are safe until I come back," he said, taking her in his arms, holding her close to him, "That low life maggot will not get away with this, I can't belive I called him my friend!"
"Promise me something," Rosette whispered, "promise me you will come back to me."
"I swear to you that I will return" he replied.
"I love you" Rosette said softly as he turned to leave. He turned, walked back to her, kissed her feircly on her soft lips, whispered "I have longed for you to say that for months, ever since I first saw you lying there, sleeping i knew that in my heart....i knew i loved you, Rosette" before he turned and left.
That night, when Rosette went on stage, she knew her lover would not be waiting when she returned, but she sung a song that she had composed for him all the same, raying in her heart that her sweet, angelic voice would carry to him and he would return to her warm embrace soon. "Ladies and Gentlemen, tonight I will be singing a song you have never heard before, it is called 'Ill be waiting' and it is for my true love, wherever he may be." And with that, she sung the best she had ever sung before in her life:

I closed my eyes as I heard him come close, felt his cold, harsh breath across my neck. I recoiled as he toced my bare skin with his ice cold hands, and I heard him laugh coldly. 'You know it does no good to fight it, there is no lover to save you now' he whispered softly into my ear before digging his fangs feircly into my neck. But how wrong he was.
