Am addicted to 24 which although is not techinically a film has to get a mention cos it is absolutly awesome.

Rugby. Also have joined a gym recently...good intentions, eh? I quite like running at the moment...especially on the beach if i get the chance!

With mates...don't care what I'm doing! Really love bein at the beach (preferably runnin into the sea) or up a mountain. Love chillin with my guitar too and writing songs! Am also trying to learn how to play the piano...ur never too old to learn!! Playin with my two adorable nieces is amazing too. Travelling has to be one of the most awesome things to do too. This world is amazin...just wanna see more of God's amazing creation.
Things I like
The sound of the ocean lapping against the beach, the feel of sand between my toes, haribo, talking to someone i haven't been in touch with for ages, singing at the top of my lungs when i know no-one is around, dancing when i know no-one is watching, hearing kids laugh and seeing babies smile (i know, i'm such a girl), running into the sea, memories and photos, snow, indian food, climbing mountains, driving along with music up full blast, bungee jumping, the bodhran, anything irish actually, anything spanish, sunsets and sunrises, talking all night, pyjamas, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, cooking a nice meal for friends, going out for coffee, playing with my wee nieces

      Take it easy:L dont think i could do that if i tryed.lol. Im still working away in the same place i've been for the past year. Getting 30 odd hours these days. Gonna keep that job on and maybe look for some thing in the gym that pays weekly:) Its near Belfast planet love it is called. ox

      Yip i'm qualified:D Yea it was great to get away for afew days. sounds good make sure u are eating lots of complex carbohydrates. Here are afew - barley beans brown rice chickpeas lentils nuts oats parsnips potatoes root vegetables sweet corn wholegrain cereals wholemeal breads wholemeal cereals wholemeal flour wholemeal pasta yams. This will help keep your NRG levels high. Heading to a big dance event with my mate Laura in sept sould be good. Where abouts are you heading to do the Ratrace thing? oxo

      Hey things are going well:) Yea tech is near done. Just have to go In the morning to get it all signd off. Was over in Scottland the other weekend had an amazing time. My mate Laura was born there but lives here now. She give me a wee tour of where she used to live to was fun:) Hows things with you? Still working away? x

      I love runnin the relay marathon!!!! gary did really well!!! He finished it in 4 hrs somethin which was gr8 considerin he wasnt sure if hed b able to finish it. Hed wrecked his ligaments a few months ago which set his training bac a bit! U reckon ud run the whole thing any year?? Any big trips/teams planned for the comin months?? :) xx
