Am well in a good mood!

Despite being woken up at 8am by the sound of builders destroying my bathroom with sledgehammers, and despite my friends meeting up right this second without me, and despite well, everything at work; I'm in a great mood! I think it must be looking at those night out photos again. Back when Harry and I were still friends (it's so easy to fuck up a friendship isn't it) I'm really hoping he actually talks to me tonight. I know it's awkward, but he was a really good friend at work - now he can hardly hold eye contact. Although that may be because of everyone taking the piss so much. I wonder if he's actually in tonight.... Ah well.

Have a driving lesson today and then am off into town for a shopping day - and Abi's getting her something wierd pierced. Then work, then back to Abi's for a night of catching up, rehashing the work night out, talking about men and drinking plenty of alcohol.

I might take the absinthe but I'm a little scared of hallucinating again all night! It was so freaky. I really want to know if Harry hallucinated too. I really am going to have to corner him if he's in tonight. Typical guy *rolls eyes*

Have been in touch with Paddy too. We argued over the best bond (the new one, obviously. connery is so passé. sides, the new ones cuter and has that very manly "i can actually look slightly less than perfect and can even die!" edge to him) and discussed the weekend when my parents are away. It was nice because being at mum's, I haven't spoken to him much. But am home now.

I do miss mum though.

Now there's something I never thought I'd say. But it's true. I had such a great time and she plaited my hair for me and did my makeup and it was like being 12 years old again; before she left. I missed out on all that stuff. Ann's never been very girly in that way.

And hey, the makeup didn't look too bad. Might put some photos up here.
