- How Much Do You Know? 9 Taken
In our world today everyone seems to feel the same. Everyone wants to live their life to the fullest. No one wants to look back and regret all the "should have", "could have", and "wish I would have" moments in life. As a young person, I often think about my future and I realize I’m not getting any younger. I’m already a mother but one day I’ll be a grandmother (OMG)! With age comes limitations so I know that this is my time to shine. If I’m going to do anything, now is the time to "buss a move".
I wanted take a moment to share what "Living life to the fullest" means to me.....Well being that I am a Christian I know that I was created for God. My life is not my own but I belong to Him. With that being said, my desire is to do the things that He wants me to do. When I get to Heaven I want Jesus to walk up to me and say "Girl you did your thang down there! I’m so proud of you!!!" (the thought brings tears of joy to my eyes even now).
Man, living life to the fullest to me means going in Walmart and witnessing to the person standing in front and/or behind me. One day I’ll go to a restaurant and after I eat I’ll give my waitress a $100 tip and share the love of God with her. In 3 years when my class have its reunion, I want to go and win some of my classmates to the Lord! I want to encourage people everywhere I go. I want to live a life that is pleasing to the Lord at all times; Not for my glory but for His....The list goes on and on.
For me, there is no joy like the one I experiene when I win a soul for Christ. I’ve smoked and drank before but there is no high like the one I get when I’m in the presence of God! Nothing can compare to the awesome love of God. NOTHING!
I want to live my life to the fullest for Him!
"I have been crucified with Christ. I myself no longer live, but Christ lives in me. So I live my life in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me." Galatians 2:19b-20

If you were to die tonight and don't know for sure that you would go to Heaven, I would like to invite you to a great life on Earth and in Heaven. If you want this new life, say this prayer :
Father, it is written in Your Word that if I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in my heart that You have raised Him from the dead, I shall be saved. Therefore Father, I confess that Jesus is my Lord. I make Him Lord over my life right now. I believe in my heart that You raised Jesus from the dead. I renounce my past life with Satan and close the door to any of his devices.
I thank You for forgiving me of all my sin. Jesus is my Lord, and I am a new creation. Old things are passed away; now all things become new in Jesus' name . Amen

Three common mentalities are found in the church. Some People are concerned about how they look to others (Martha). Other people are busy trying to please themselves (Judas). Only few have a heart of a worshiper (Mary). Identify which one of these people discribe you.
Who is you favorite bible character and why?
Read James 2:17
1. Does God prefer good works over worship?
2. Can you perform good works without having the right heart?
3. Is it possible to be a true worshiper and not have good works?
Read John 12:1-8
This passage gives a look at three different people serving Jesus. When Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead, each of these people responded in a different way. Their response defined where they were in their walk with the Lord.
WORSHIP (v.3): Mary revealed her love for the Lord in worship. She did not care about possessions or appearance; all she concerned herself with was letting Jesus know how much she loved him. She did not get caught up in other things because she had found the only thing that really mattered.
WORK (v.2) Instead of worshiping Jesus like her sister did, Martha chose to work. Maybe she thought she could please Jesus by doing good works. Ephesians 2:8-9 shows that this kind of mentality is not good. God's forgiveness for our sins is a gift. He does not want us to try to bribe him with good deeds. It is also possible that Martha was more concerned about what others thought about her than with what Jesus thought. She was busy trying to make sure she looked good instead of glorifying God like mary did.
WEALTH (vv.6- Judas's heart was so twisted that he no longer cared about worshiping Jesus or serving him. All he cared about was how he could benefit from Jesus. He was caught up on the cares, pleasures, and temptations of the world. His desire for worldly wealth and satisfaction blinded him to the true treasure he had right in front of him: Jesus.
Which the these three W's best describe your Christianity?
I pray that God will transform us all to true worshipers.
