MADCAP Mr Bean caused a Mini-riot yesterday at the UK premiere of his latest movie.
The slapstick star parked his famous yellow car in London’s Leicester Square, leapt out and filmed the crowd of hundreds with his camcorder.
He then signed autographs as one fan presented him with a brown teddy like his own cuddly toy. But Mr Bean, played by Rowan Atkinson, politely handed it back.
Rowan, 52, who had not played the character for ten years, said he loved being the child-like man again in Mr Bean’s Holiday. He added: “It’s good to be back.”
