      Well the new dwelling for the 2nd sober year has been decided, afeter minutes of debating I finally got my way and a totalitarian vote concluded that we will be stayin at 50 Rugby Road, even tho we plan on sleeping outside most nites!
      The housemates are-Myself Niall Breen,Thomas Lennon, Stephen Daly, Paul O'Neill, Dpoey James (and yes that is actually his real name!!!!!) Geraldine Mc Avoy, Mairead (Cocaine) O'kane, and Meghan Mc Aweener.
      Tennancy begins as at 1st July 2008 and Sean Grahams are giving odds of 15/8 on our contract being terminated to due 'collapsing of house' after our house warming party. Now I know what ur thinking, and the answer is yes, Ruane and Boycey will both have 2 pay rent this year on a pay-per-stay basis.
