- What I did at Uni...
- 1) Smashed up a skull with a chisel, while it was still attached to it's body.
2) Got my leg electricuted numerous times which felt like drops of ACID being dropped on it...not fun!
3) Pretty sure I enhaled a dead person's bones...tis not cool!
4) Discovered why chicken legs give red meat.
5) Decapitated someone by breaking their neck with my bare hands.
6) Sliced open our cadavar's oesphagus and it was filled with gunk...I maintain she was choked to death - YES! We have a murder victim on our table!!
7) Sawed through a jaw and tongue - harder than you might think! That was my work out for the day I tell you!
Shaved a skull with a chisel to find middle ear...kinda accidentally destroyed all the bones inside it....

Hmmmmm thoughts of Emily............
Do you ever think why?! Just why? I mean, I know I can be slightly annoying with all the why and how quesitons. I'm in sympathy most with my mother and Nicola who had to endure it most when I actually had to ask all these questions just to learn the basics in life. Mind the lyrics you always fell back on Nics? 'Don't ask questions, coz I don't know why....it's like that and that's the way it is!' Now it's probably my K that is subjected to it most now and it's all the questions that I simply should have known the answers to a million years ago but as everyone know (and Doug keeps reminding me)....I lived in a box for most of my childhood. Therefore, in my fourth and final year of Uni, I do feel a little silly sometimes asking these questions coz most of the time people laugh at me for it
especially Doug and Louise (most memorably was when we were in 5th year at High School....ah it still haunts me!.......and I had to ask what Rockports were). Aha, I think I just psychoanalyzed myself. I was too scared to ask the right questions coz I'd get laughed at and then feel embarrassed and then feel embarrassed about said quesitons...THAT'S why I don't know stuff and why I find it hard to talk about stuff now. I'm a genius, maybe I should become a psychologist......after I've sorted my own issuousness of couse.
Ok, that was a tangent, I was merely going to spraff about procrastination (yes Doug, I do like that word - lots and lots). So...what should I be doing right now? Writing up a lecture about Human Metabolism...well it's not really, it's about positron emission tomography, cyclotrons more specifically. Sounds like I'm doing a film course instead, studying Transformers and that but no, it's just plain science. I'm listening to Coheed at the moment, I am very gutted as they are playing at the Barrowlands on 4th Feb but I can't go coz Paul and Doug refuse to put up with the supporting band (namely Fightstar - Busted remains!) in order to see them. Even more gutting coz even though it's a Monday night, I could still go coz I'm off on Tuesdays ;( I think they'd be an amazing band to see live, just so weird!
Next topic of conversation.....Woo a party 2moro night! If anyone's reading this on Thursday or Friday and wants to come, it's at mine, kinda late birthday bash around 8pm-ish. Well looking forward to it We shall enjoy some good music (ok, MY opinion of good music), a few beers and maybe a cream cake or two. Ooooh great opportunity for people to eat all the hundreds of chocolate me and Liz got at Christmas - not that we're ungrateful at all, there's just SO much of it!!!
Suppose I'd better go, been on this since the end of Hollyoaks and I kinda need the toilet! lol. So fairwell my bored little blog readers, I shall see you anon......

Well hey ther sis! Yeah opera house was pretty stunning i have to say, went to the ballet in the main theatre, much goodness i have to say! Sydney's really cool but touristy. You'll actually not believe some of the stuff i did! Anyway then went to surfers which was alright but i didnenjoy it as much as i thought i would, it rainedquite a lot, bummer! Then it was cairns which i actually love, but the other day, ie yesterday, it was 37 degrees and 91 percent humidity, ridiculous!! oh and i went scuba diving the other day was absolutely amazing!!! i would do that again literally any day! Keswick btw well done!! im sooo surprised you finally did it, do tell how the meandering live of you is getting on .... lots of love titch xxxxxxx
