Much much better!! That video was great to watch and it was great to be able to sit down and listen to people talking with out to many interuptions. We still need to be on time for meetings because we waste so much time waiting for people or having to repeat ourselves.
some of you need to respect other peoples opinions and let them talk. That is what we are there to do.
A quick note to everybody that I will be enforcing personaly. There is to be NO FIGHTING EVER from any of the members of our group because you will be turned into the bully and the bully turned into the victim. If you ask challenged then walk away because it takes a stronger person to walk away then to stand and fight. If you ever find yourself in that kind of situation then come and talk to me or John or Tim. all of us will help you deal with the bullying in a manner that will not get anyone but the bully into trouble.
Also remember to send me your stories so that i can keep a journal for our records. Don't worry. None of your stories will be read by anyone other than those in the group or just by me if that is al you feel comfortable with.
We are a family! We are one! We will always stand united even when we are separated! Only rebel against the bully never the system!!
