Well what an utter balls up!!!!!

Got to Pizza Hut & they had reserved tables & 10 seats for me as i had asked (had to ring them first thing though to confirm!). Got everyone sat down I was buying mine & the kids, my mam was buying for my nan, herself & my sister & my youngest sister was buying for her & her fella.

Easy enough. I got to ordering my lot. 3 chicken dipper meal & a kids pizza. Then 2 adults all you can eat buffet. "Oh sorry we don't do the buffet on the weekend"!Great...there went the cheaper option. So I order the kids...lets get them fed then add a pizza for me & one for Andy to the order. I also ordered 2 salad bowls (buy one, get one half price) as Kali loves apples, grapes, cucumber, carrot & sweetcorn. There was no apples or grapes, half of the salad looked as though it had been there a week & most of the tomatos were rotten! The kids food came out & they then decide to tell us that they were out of chicken dippers & so had given the kids chicken wings...spicy chicken wings! Rhys ate his pizza & Harvey (my nephew) just about managed to eat what little bit of meat was on his wings. Kali took one bite & spat it out & Rhys' friend, Jordan, can't eat spicy food! In the end my nan took Jordan & Rhys into the KFC next door to get Jordan something to eat. Oh yeah & there was hair in some of Kali's chicken!

After we'd all finished I asked for the bill & the manager! We told him that we were disgusted at the state of the salad & I wasn't paying £4.49 for the rubbish we had that hardly anyone could eat. We also made sure he knew I wasn't paying for Kali or Jordans meals as had we been told when we ordered that there wasn't any chicken we'd have got something they could eat! Anyway, the manager was very apologetic & so took all the salads off the bill & the kids meals & offered the kids all a free bowl of ice cream! Rhys & Jordan both made sure they had bowls filled!

As luck would have it Rhys wasn't too aware of what was going on around him & he still had a nice time. We came home to do the cake (as Jordan only lives across the road anyway) & right now Rhys & Jordan are playing Shrek on the PS2 downstairs with Kali flirting with Jordan!!!!

Today is the 11th birthday of my son Rhys!

To celebrate we are going to the local Pizza Hut. My Mum is coming up with my Nephew Harvey. My sister Natalie is also coming up with her fiance Chris. My Nan will be joining us as will Jordan, one of Rhys' friends.
