- hey...thought i had better change this as life has moved on a bit. iv finished college now, thank god! im now virtually a full time cyclist for the recycling.co.uk team in uk, loving it :-D, been some awesome places already and reckon there will b more to come yet :-D work for a major sports nutrition company based in derby, HIGH 5. its pretty good work, they sponsor me too so alls good.
oh btw people, the nocturne is back on this year in newport, sat 1st sept. hope u can all make it and give me bit of support like u all did in 2005. reckon i will be out for a result for guys :-D

- got quite broad range of music, mostly into bands like the killers, the view etc but u cant beat a bit of dance (esp when ur doing hard efforts on the bike lol)

- They all cyclists, Bettini prob the most tho, he got some class on a bike

- cycling - want to see how far up the ladder i can go, hopefully pro tour and races like tour and certain one day classics like fleche etc

Yeah should be at the tour of britain for a couple of stages, I love that race so so much!
I've always done the promotion stand & stuff like that, Liam wants me to blag a car off my dad to drive round in front of the race in so we can throw free stuff to people I dunno if am going to any of the crits, hope so though! You have to admit though, my amazing feeding skills are going to be missed...1! xxx
