I never meant to be a cutter
I never thought I'd pick up that blade...
And day after day find relief,

You find it insulting that I don't listen to you,

My sister and mum are so distant,
They have no idea that they caused this,

=I DONT KNOW WHO I AM ANYMORE=
I know not who this person in front of my mirror,
I know it couldn't possibly be me, that girl with tears in her eyes,
It seems like yesterday I was that carefree girl who was happy,
That girl who had no problems with the world, just happy and free,

I've lost her, I lost that little girl inside of me,
And this mirror shows me a different image, a different light,
And I don't know her anymore, I don't know how to feel,
She's torn to pieces, and I can't put her back together....

Those physical bruises from family members never hurt her,
It's what the feelings, the words exchyanged that have her devastated,
The family I have come to love, is now breaking apart,
I no longer feel safe, and Mummy's Girl has to fend for herself,

I hate seeing the sun shine upon me,
Cause that's just another day I have to endure,
I don't even look at my mother anymore,
I hardly call her my parent because of the pain she has put me through,

      HER SUICIDE

      Her father is gone,
      Her mum, she could never talk to,
      You'd think they'd be close,
      But her family is broken, shattered...

      She could never adjust her soul...
      To the way everyone wanted her too,
      She accapted that she was a reject, unloved,
      But this never numbed, or dulled her pain,

      She depends more on her cyber family,
      Than the very family she has today...
      Her siblings never called her "sister",
      And her mum just thouught of her as nothing,

      She was tired, she was done,
      And her tears came falling down,
      The numbness was no longer there,
      And pain just seemed unbearable,

      She called her cyber family...one last time,
      And prayed for God to forgive her,
      Then she cried her very last tears,
      And in that moment, that knife hit her cheast.

      What Lies Beneath Me

      I look at myself in a mirror, and I tremble
      I am terrified of what I am, who I've become,
      I'm not that girl I use to be, that I was SUPPOSE to be,
      I let everyone down, even my soul can't shine or sparkle,

      Looking at these scars now fading,
      It's a step ahead in the right direction,
      Yet as I move on, I somehow fall back,
      And my demons are fed by my ambition of numbing,

      You don't understand this sadness I feel....
      Because the sadness I feel is mine alone,
      You may have crossed my path in my life,
      But you always seemed to make it past the shadows,

      This young women infront of me, my reflection,
      Shows me that my darkness is winning,
      I'm trying to beat this, really I am,
      Yet I can't even see that sun shining,

      ...The moon is the only light that guides me,
      When darkness is all that I feel,
      I feel like I'm losing the people I once held close to...
      And slipping farther away from this life.

      I don't want to live wothout you,
      But I can't stand not living with me,
      It's devestating to see that little girl with black tears,
      And realize it's you....who is the one that has FAILED.
