Well its been a long time since i've been here...Anyways finally went through of losing a love one last year....its a year now since my dad collasp in Kash....the pain is still there....I take it One day at a time...it was real hard at first couldn't eat, sleep, always cryin, my chest is heavy of the burden....I think about my late dad every single day....I say the Lords Prayer when i feel down...have a nice day
