- Me, Myself, and I
- One of my passions is teaching children to DANCE. Five years ago I started a christian based dancing school called Footprintz Dance Academy (www.footprintz.net.au) The school was named after the poem footprints in the sand. There is now a new version of that poem (I have a copy of it in my blog if you wanta take a look)
I live a very blessed life and for that I am so grateful!
- Music
- Anything you can dance to!!!
- Films
- The Notebook, Ever After, Dirty Dancing, Chocolat, Titanic (pretty much any girlie flick!)
- Favourite Book
- Ok... I'm actually not a reader, but I do have an all time favourite book (most of my friends & family know this because I have purchased a copy for them)
REDEEMING LOVE by Francine Rivers. Do yourself a favour and purchase a copy. You too wont be disappointed or able to put it down and will fall in love with Michael Hosea. - Dreams
- Oneday I'd love to teach underprivileged children to dance.
Marry Michael Hosea and start a family (looking forward to the big belly!)
I currently sponsor a child in Brazil, but I'd love to sponsor many more (we are so rich compared to most of the world) & to think that we can make a difference in some childs life that we may never even meet. Our reward will be eternal!

Christian by Maya Angelou
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I'm not shouting "I'm clean livin."
I'm whispering "I was lost,"
Now I'm found and forgiven.
When I say..."I am a Christian"
I don't speak of this with pride.
I'm confessing that I stumble
and need CHRIST to be my guide.
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I'm not trying to be strong.
I'm professing that I'm weak
and need HIS strength to carry on.
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I'm not bragging of success.
I'm admitting I have failed
and need God to clean my mess.
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I'm not claiming to be perfect,
My flaws are far too visible
but, God believes I am worth it.
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I still feel the sting of pain,
I have my share of heartaches
So I call upon His name.
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I'm not holier than thou,
I'm just a simple sinner
who received God's good grace, somehow.
~Maya Angelou~
I couldn't have summed it up better myself....

Footprints Poem (a new version)
Imagine you and the Lord are walking down the road together. For much of the way, the Lord’s footprints go along steadily, consistently, rarely varying the pace.
But your footprints are disorganised stream of zigzags, starts, stops, turnarounds, circles, departures, and returns.
For much of the way, it seems to go like this, but gradually your footprints come more in line with the Lord’s, soon paralleling His consistently.
You and Jesus are walking as true friends!
This seems perfect, but then an interesting thing happens: Your footprints that once etched the sand next to Jesus’ are now walking precisely in His steps.
Inside His larger footprints are your smaller ones, you and Jesus are becoming one.
This goes on for many miles, but gradually you notice another change. The footprints inside the large footprints seem to grow larger.
Eventually they disappear altogether. There is only one set of footprints. They have become one.
This goes on for a long time, but suddenly the second set of footprints is back. This time it seems even worse! Zigzags all over the places. Stops. Starts. Gashes in the sand. A variable mess of prints.
You are amazed and shocked.
Your dream ends. Now you pray:
“Lord I understand the first scene, with zigzags and fits. I was a new Christian; I was just learning. But you walked on through the storms and helped me learn to walk with you.
“That is correct”
“And when the smaller footprints were inside of Yours, I was actually learning to walk in Your steps, following You very closely.”
“Very good… You have have understood everything so far.”
“When the smaller ones grew and filled in Yours, I suppose that I was becoming like You in every way.”
“Precisely.”
“So, Lord, was there a regression or something? The footprints separated, and this time it was worse than at first.”
There is a pause as the Lord answers, with a smile in His voice.
“You didn’t know? It was then that we danced!”
‘To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven: A time to weep, a time to laugh, a time to mourn, and a time to dance.’ Ecclesiastes 3:1,4
