October 6 2006. (You can skip down 2 paragraphs to get to the juice if ya want...)

I wake up from an agonizing day at work the day before. I worked four hours OT without pay (any OT time is considered to be volunteer) and on 4 hours of sleep. 12 hours of work. *sigh* I rode my bike home the night previous, exhausted, having spent the last 20 minutes at work crying, frustrated, because the God-damned printer wouldn't print some sheets I needed. Whatever. I needed to exit. Go home and sleep. I went to sleep without even eating. I was starving but too tired to care. I have been having problems sleeping at night. Because I keep sucking blood from people. And I can't control it. You do what you gotta do. SOOOOoo...I wake up, ravished. The first thought that occurred to me after emerging from the strange journeys of my dreams was McDonalds breakfast. My vision was blurred but it appeared that it was shortly before 10 AM and I could still make it to the Mickey Dees a mere 5 minutes away from me to cash in on some grease and coffee to start my day. I was excited. The beginning of a 4 day long weekend and I had some coin to spare to eat one of the best/worst breakfasts ever.

I was wearing my work clothes from the day before. I stripped off my HMV shirt and threw on a red hoodie my Grandpa had giving me from working in the Patricia Gold Mines. I grabbed my discman, threw my new P.O.S. cd, "Ipecac Neat" inside and proceeded out into the gloomy grey day with my adidas superstar shoes. The rain drizzled lightly on my head. This made me happy. I recounted my dreams as I walked. Bumping my music and slightly moving my head. I always look strange. The whitest chica ever. My co-workers give me "black rap names" and say hi to me by saying "Word." They don't realize, I'm not black. But I can rap. And I listen to hip hop and dig underground "rhythm and poetry", recognize the acronym? Anyways. This CD is kind of unimportant. Until I burned it into my computer upon returning from McDonalds Incorporated, a little uncertain about the state of humanity...(the songs were relevant to the following events...Irony...)

I order some hash browns, a sausage and egg McGriddle and coffee. I scarf the food down eagerly. It tastes delicious. I am approached by a women in a wheelchair who inquires about my monopoly pieces that comes on the hashbrowns and medium coffees. She's quite homely. I can tell by her interest in my game pieces that she would like to know if she can have them. I politely tell her that I am going to play, seeing how I had just won a free cheeseburger from my hash brown piece. She looks disappointed. I don't feel sympathy for her simply because she's in a wheelchair. I'm all about free things and winning prizes. I continue gobbling my food off the tray until there is nothing left. I then go to drink my coffee and realize that on my receipt that my coffee appears to have sugar in it. I'm diabetic. So I bring my coffee to the counter and inform one of the staff members that my coffee is sugared, not sweetened as requested. She apologizes and promptly gets me another coffee (I get 2 more monopoly pieces....score!!!!!!!) I have my tray with me and I discard the wrappers from it into the garbage. The garbage bellows out a robotic female voice, "THANK YOU". I am shocked. The garbage can has just spoken to me. I look around to make sure I haven't completely lost my marbles in a fast food establishment. I turn to the nearest human I can find and exclaim, "That's amazing. The garbage just appreciated me feeding it trash." It showed me more gratitude than my boss ever does. *sigh* Ok. So....then some gurgling mechanical noises are coming from the garbage as I peel back the lid on my coffee and stir the sludge inside. I ask a nearby employee, perplexed, "what's going on inside now?" The pimply teenager replies, "Its recycling." Holy Mother of Jesus. Do they even need employees anymore? LoL. I am completely enthralled with this gurgling garbage

*yawn*

Im so lame. Its 9:30 am on Sunday morning and Im not sleeping. Don't worry folks. That is soon to be rectified. Anywayz, uhmm, I watched this Takashi Miike Horror Legacy film two days in a row called Imprint. The first day I watched it by myself and I then watched it again Friday with Stef. I must say that Miike never disappoints me. He has this unbelievable knack for conveying torture in his films. Brilliant job. I haven't come across a movie of his that I haven't liked yet.

I had to work 6 days in a row this week. FUCK. OH speaking of which, tonight Im gonna go check out the Edmonton Film Festival movie Fuck. All about the most diverse word in the english language, Fuck. Looks like it should be a good flick.

Alright, well Miss Se7en and I are tired. So we are gonna sleep now.
