Well, I know you remember me explaining the loudness from the next street over X 3. Well it has died down to almost none! How you may ask?, well one of the three went on leave (due to some kind of stress, I'm sure we'll hear all about it when the leave is over). It's to last 3 weeks and currently we are on the last week, . But I heard a rumor that there may be an additional week added on . Who knows, maybe I shouldn't be excited if there is, something serious could be troubling this woman. I just hope for the best for her and our row who has to hear everything personal and trivial. I'll keep you posted as usual and updated on the new going-ons as they come along!

I don't know how many of you can relate but here's the situation at my job. You ever had a job where there was someone there who was loud and obnoxious at times? Well if so, multiply that by 3! We have 3 folks that are literally in a row who we know all of their business! We have cubes and you know how little privacy that is. The lady who sits across from me is forever yappin' about her no good husband, the woman next to her has issues with her son's crazy girlfriend, among her loud phone conversations with everyone from her son to her girlfriends. The man on the end has a problem child son who made him cancel Christmas at his home this past one! I mean everyone for the next 2 rows on each side can probably tell you about their lives! They call me earphone girl in my row, and thank god for earphones, without them I wouldn't be able to drown out some of the drama. I'm just tired of having to escape that way, I wonder why folks just can't keep their private lives to a minimum voice at the job, some of us really don't care!

I always wanted to work in payroll, but I just never thought it would be so, so, well, so ODD! I will attempt to tell all juicy details on working as a payroll clerk. Names will be changes to protect the innocent. I'll introduce the payroll clerks first. There's the 2 payroll managers: Ron and Fawn; 4 wage payroll clerks: Beverly, Mindy, Ally, and Madonna; and 1 salary payroll clerk: Dave. Everyone's a little different and has their quirks.
