The question is? Is there any scene left? Well lads, dont worry your little heads.Never mind the bollocks here's Kommunity, a bright shining electronic beacon in todays hopelessly dark days of doomed dance. Kommunity is a cork based Techno night
held in one of the most wonderful of venues you will ever have the pleasure of sweating your brains out in! Kommunity is run by DJ Tek from cork (a.k.a Conor O Riordan) and has now teamed up with its partner night Inferno (Complex & T-Rev). Combining these two forces they are now supplyin Ireland with two of the biggest, heaviest and most musically stimulating Techno nights to be found. They have even gained huge recognition outside of Ireland! Just talking to the DJs before and after the gigs u get the same message: "we've heard tons about this night, we've been dying to play for a while!". These Guys have thrown some of the most memorable Techno partys ever!

    • Kommunity launches in London: 26/04/08

      Kommunity is spreading its wings & launching in London on April 26th.


      With almost 2 years under our belts supplying top quality uderground techno to the masses we are now crossing the water to the infamous 414 club in London where the Liberators have been running their "Nuclear free zone" club night for almost 15 years! (Respect)

      As some friends that now live in London have offered to help promote the night along with myself & all the Stay up forever Collective we have the launch in our sights!

      Its going to be a by monthly night to begin with & we will see how it takes off!

      Kommunity is very pround to announce yet another Irish debut event: DJ PREACH (MB Elektronics,INTEC, Symbolism, Iturnem)

      With a crazy busy schedule over the past few years & an even busier 2008 ahead we are very happy to be able to confirm this one off Irish date as part of his Transatlantic world tour! Preach is a world renowned Producer/Dj & can be seen regularly in the some of the best clubs & biggest festivals all over the globe....


      The usual Kommunity Residents (Tek,Complex & T-Rev) will be playing support sets on the night as well as a special guest TBA

      Label manager, producer and dancefloor igniting DJ, Preach has achieved international fame in a young but eventful career. With a string of acclaimed releases for Black Hole, InCharge, Intec, Terminal M or his own Relic Recordings, Preach is poised to release his first full-length artist album in 2007, "Transatlantic", with Future Beat Instructions (FBI), the techno-centric sister label to Tiesto's Black Hole Recordings.

      Born Philippe Babin and raised in Quebec, Canada, Preach cut his teeth in Montreal and Quebec City's dance scenes, DJing regularly at large clubs such as Sona and Aria and releasing for local labels Relentless, Ascend and Edit Recordings. Quickly drawing the attention of global dance music stars such as Tïesto, Carl Cox, Paul Van Dyk or Marco V, and finding his releases on international labels MB Elektronics, Symbolism or Iturnem, Preach followed his heart and crossed the Atlantic Ocean to Breclav, Czech Republic, in early 2005.Founding his own music record company that year, Relic Recordings and sub-label Relic Silver house Preach's and Marco G's productions, respectively, alongside those of like-minded artists and friends.
