About Me

Me, Myself, and I
We are a PK crew hoping to expand and take under apprentices in parkour.

Basically parkour is looking at your surroundings in a more imaginative and indepedant way from others and not beings restricted in your movement patterns by obstacles such as walls, railings, fences etc

We go all over belfast loking for "spots" where we can do pk and it is amazing to realise that there is so many places where u can have fun a just practice on ur own or with your mates

REMEMBER ONE IMPORTANT THING : PK 4 LIFE
