Hmmm...I talked to a child the other night, not that old, maybe in his early teens, 10-14, we play a game together, strategy game, he took most of the map, while I fortified my small area, he calls me a "pansy" for hiding behind walls, I tell him, its strategy that wins the war, that I will not sacrifice for a lost cuase, words are exchanged, then he asks, is it a lost cuase to sacrifice if not to protect something dear to you? I reply, while thinking to myself, whats this have to do with whats at hand, that if I had something to protect, then its a diffrent situation, but for now, I'm protecting that in which I have, I do not choose to lay on a grenade in an empty feild jus to prove I'm brave or strong. He comments that somehow I am contradicting myself in which earlier he claims I said that I will not let myself die to save another, and that I am greed just like everyone else.
On that note, I ask him to check his refrences, and then ask for him to alaborate about what he means by everyone being greedy. He says, that all human lifes are greedy and only think of themselves, and that they should all die. I ask back, do you not think of yourself? Are you always putting yourself behind others? He does not answer my question, and replys, refering to our game battle, that I don't fight fairly and use "cheats" to defeat his armies. I reply again that it is strategy, brute strength does not win all fights, and I ask him to try plain brutality in all his problems in life untill someone pulls a gun on him. I then remark that its an equalizer to his over populated armies, he simply replys, "guns" humans are so weak, they rely on weapons to win there fights, then he adds again, people should all die, they cuase pollution, and kill our planet, my dream will come true one day, I will see it through. I ask him to describe his plan. A puase happens as our game skirmish rages on, him batting at my gates with relentless hordes, as I pick off dozens with my defence, reducing his army at alarming rates. He then says I plan on killing all humans, all they do is pollute our world for there own wealth, cuase wars just to obtain more power for one. Then I ask him playing along with his dream, whats to happen when all human life is gone? Whats to happen to all those toxins contained by humans, the nuclear waste, all those chemicals and such, then I go on to say that eventualy all those materials, unchecked will eventualy get out, and cuase more damage then whats happening now.
He then tells me that he will only kill the ones that cuase destruction, and will let aside the ones who try to help this world. I ask, how do you plan to filter the "good" from the "bad"? and even if all goes to plan, humans will just repopulate, and more "Tirants, warmungers and horders" will come with time, mistakes always repeat themselves. He agrees with that and then says, that he will make sure that they are taken care of when found out. Then I ask him, have you not littered on the floor and not properly taken care of your garbage before? Have you not driven in a car before? Have you not done your part to ruin this world?
Again he doesn't answer my question, and says, I have seen more than my fair share of things in my few years alive, more so then a child should have seen. I ask then, how about those who live in africa, south asia or thos in the middle east, israel right now? How about all those children, they have seen more death, destruction and such, what makes you better than them?
He then says, You act like you know who I am, or where I live, and what I've been through, some live to love, some to hate, and on that note, I must say goodbye, for I have to go...goodbye dove of war. and on that he makes a haste leave, (Just incase you were wondering about the game, I ran him dry of his funds, and eventualy was able to walk in and claim the win)
