- Originally from Dunoon but moved up to Glasgow to study and now feel pretty settled here.
Gave up my career in medicinal chemistry a couple of years ago to become a chemistry teacher and love it! Still really miss working with my chemistry pals but its great crack being a teacher :-)
Been in Williamwood High School since 2005 - great school, great kiddies, great fun.
Just bought a lovely wee house in Jordanhill with my fab boyfriend (Stewart) and have spent about a zillions hours this summer stripping walls, ripping out kitchens/bathrooms, replacing floorboards and other such pleasantries!
Spent a summer volunteer-teaching in Sri Lanka after the tsunami in 2005 and since then I spend a lot of my spare time coordinating fundraising and education programs for the wee school out there... Keeping my fingers crossed that I get back out there soon.
So... me, my life and I are doing grand.

Congrats on the very recent nuptials. I came across your smiley face on a web site and then thought you might have a bebo account, bit of a long shot, but it worked. I have since got an account myself but nothing on it yet., Anyway, who am I????? Went to Glasgow, dropped out, went to glasgow again...dropped out! I have no Med chem degree, but I was very close.
