About Me

Me, Myself, and I: F.O.E arent your average world-hating, emotionally deranged punk/rock band. Dont put it past these skinny white boys to play to some South Auckland gangsters in a car park for the opening of a Dick Smith mega store. We play for the love of music, of true 80s and 90s punk rock. Five of us high school friends got together last year and started mucking around with a few Green Day covers, playing lots of private gigs. Then we started to get to work on our own tracks. We grew up on the skateboard/surf punk rock era, with bands like Pennywise, Millencolin, NOFX, No Use For a Name, Green Day and Bad Religion. For us, punk rock is a lifestyle. We grew up on it, went skating and surfing to it, got drunk to it, and playing it means we can re live all those times.
