About Me

Me, Myself, and I: In July this year, I qualified as a state registered Occupational Therapist.

I have a uniquely modified 2003 ink blue Ford Ka Style. This is my main hobby and I've gotta say that................ I love my baby Ka!! I have been a member of the Ka Owners' Klub GB for over two years and attend regular monthly meets with my fellow Scots.

In May, I completed the Ferrari 355 circuit at Thruxton Motorsport Centre, in Andover. I initally drove a Mazda RX8 for 3 laps around the race course. I then manoeuvred a left-hand-drive yellow Ferrari around the circuit for another 3 laps. And my last adventure involved driving 4 laps, in a Formula one race car. That was wicked!!

In June this year, I drove my Ka up to the Orkney Isles, where we went "island hopping". I just love driving along those windey narrow roads!! BUT, I've gotta admit that I did learn one important lesson from this road trip.......... customised cars with lowered suspension, aren't suited to driving in the country!!

Music: ROBBIE WILLIAMS!! I love him. I last saw him at Hampden Stadium in September...... bloody fantastic.

I saw all of the above - live at Thruxton Racing Circuit - when I was on placement in Wiltshire, earlier this year. It was fab!!
Scared Of: I've gotta admit that I'm terrified of both wasps and bees!!
Happiest When: I'm either driving, polishing or cleaning my baby Ka. I put a lot of time and effort into making my wee Ka look pretty and shiny!!
Bored When: I have no mental stimulation - which has become an issue, ever since I completed my degree. I have recently started studying for the Diploma in Counselling, through the Open College.
