- parkour is the freedom of gymnastics its about pushing your body and mind to the limits its about having fun and overcoming obstacles and shortly its urban gymnastics. parkour may also be called free running and even jumpy across roofs which is actually inacurate because its has nothing to do with being crazy to many have died thinking it has.
