Me, Myself, and I: So this isn't the most elaborate homepage I am sure you have seen, nor do I come on every day to update, but it is mine! It gives a glimpse into my life, and what is going on, when I do update. I have a great life here in my little town. But a busy one, now that there is a child involved. Scared Of: Spiders can give me a near heart attack....Snakes just creap me out. Other than that, I would have to think a long time to figure out what really gets me! But I really do HATE all insects! God, if a butterfly gets too close I freak out!!

Almost a year!

To be honest, I forgot about this place! I am terrible at keeping up-to-date on all the pages I am signed up for! I am in the progress of deleting ones I don't use...why bother?! SOOOO, I am still working in the same spot, living in the same spot, yadayada Peyton will be 2 yes TWO on the 15th of August! Can you believe it?! She is walking, talking, running, did I mention talking?! She can say A LOT for her age, count to 13 so far, AND spell her name!! I think that is pretty smart, of course I don't know many moms or dads that don't brag their kids up!
The weather around here seems to be warming up A LOT! Summer is finally here. We have been camping a few times, going again for the long weekend coming up. Going to take Peyton this time. It will be her first camping session, will see how it goes!!
So everything is great here. Life is good. I am happy, and I think most people around me are too. I hope not to wait another year (lol) before I update again!! Now that I remember this place, I promise to do a little better .

Updates! Updates!

Alright, since the last time I wrote A LOT has happened!
Brett got married! It was a beautiful summer day! Which is surprising seeings all we have had all summer is rain and cool weather! But it was great. She looked beautiful.
Peyton had her FIRST BIRTHDAY!!! I don't know where the time went! I can still remember the night I went into labour with her clear as a bell and holding her for the first time! I guess that will never go away. At least I hope it doesn't!
She looks more like her dad every day I swear! Of course I would like to say some things come from me, but honestly, it is really hard to do that! Every time I look @ her I see Mitchell! She had a HUGE b'day party here at the house. She wasn't really interested in opening her presents, but we all know how I am (lol) so I ended up opening them all! It isn't even that they are for me, I just like the surprise of what is in them!!
And a week after her b'day SHE STARTED WALKING!!!!!!!!! GAME OVER!! Time to rearrange all lower household cupboards, decorations, ornaments, and anything else she can now get to quicker than me! No, honestly, I haven't moved much at all since she started being mobile. I figure the only way to teach them is to let them know what "NO" means, and she knows it!
Work is going ok. Sucks being back in one way, and is a refreshing break in another. Suzi still watches Peyton. We had thought about getting someone to come in and watch her at home to give Suzi a break, but she insisted NO NO NO!!! Sooo...for now, it will stay the way it is.
Fall is in the air and Because we all know what comes after this season, and I don't know a lot of people, other than my mother, that enjoys that cold....freezing weather! It is pretty to look @ it, but when your job consists of driving all over the place, not so fun. However, I am enjoying the fallish weather, because this is my favorite season. It is wonderful!
I joined weight watchers back in April or May I think it was, and up to now, I have lost a total of 30 lbs!! YEAH FOR ME! I am happy so far. I have a ways to go before I am content enough to work on maintaining it...but I plug away at it, and it seems to be working. lol....I bought a bicycle...and Peyton, Mitchell and I go on bike rides...it is fun.
Ok guys, I gotta run..Peyton just woke up from her nap and is crying for "mammam"...lol...nice name huh?! Take care, and I will write again when something new comes up!

No news is good news?!

So it has been a while since I wrote! Not that many people look @ my page! I think I have had 16 people! Oh well! So I am back to work now. It really isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I got back into the swing of things quite quickly. And Peyton doesn't seem to mind me leaving most days. I give her a kiss and say "bye bye", and she waves me out the door!
She is now 10 months old. She will crawl, but has this new way of doing things! She goes on her butt end for end! I don't know how to explain it. I will try to catch it on video and but it on here! It is just too funny!
Brett is getting married in less than 3 weeks! I can't beleieve it is coming that fast! We had her stagette party this weekend gone by. OMG what a time!!! lol...And the pics I have to remember it by, and to torture people with!! LMAO!!! Poor fools! I wasn't that bad...honestly! Once we got outside poor Katie and sobered up, and we just made fun of everyone else!
Had her bridal shower Sunday. Good thing I wasn't feeling "under the weather"! It was bad enough as it was (unorganized that is), I can only imagine what it would have been if I couldn't have added 2+2!!!!
Other than that...like I said..."no news is good news."
My friend, Jennifer had her baby!!!!! A bouncing baby boy!! Still haven't seen him yet. But eventaully I will! I know what it was like after Peyton was born, and even if you don't want to say NO DON'T COME....you usually don't!! So I will give her a little time!
I will try to get on here and update again soon. It will probably be after the wedding, unless something MAJOR happens before that! But I can't see it! However, you never know! TAKE CARE!
