PROFILE

Record-breaking young striker who was rewarded for his efforts in front of goal with a new two-year contract in March 2005. Agbonlahor, who has been with Villa since he was 14, scored 40 times for the youth team in 2003/04, breaking the previous mark held by former team-mate Darius Vassell. The Academy product scored on his full debut against Everton at Goodison Park in March 2006.
