- The Who The Hell Are They formed in small town Strathmore, Alberta before relocating to Victoria, BC. Founding members Peter Janz and Cameron Stauffer have known each other for about 10 years and the creative well shows no sighns of drying up. The band enjoyed moderate success with their hits Mosque and Doom Pt 3 and hope to breakthrough anytime now. Big hopes will have to wait though as the band is on hiatus.
