May you always have love be your guide with your family and friends and colleagues
Remember to listen carefully to your own heart and the heart of others
May you have the courage to always follow your dreams
Take an action every day to support your life dream, your love nature and your integrity
May you have the strength to overcome fear and pride
and instead follow what has heart and meaning for you
May you be guardians of truth, beauty, creativity, and laughter
May you protect, preserve and care for Mother Nature and the wilderness
May you show respect to all people of all ages and all races
and help all living things keep their dignity
May you help make a better world for the poor, the sick, the elderly and other children
Be an active, committed and positive force in your community
May you value and maintain your health and the health and wellbeing of others
May you respect all the ways human beings access their own spirituality
May you create a global community committed to peace and non-violence
May you keep learning, asking questions, exploring, discovering
and always maintaining curiosity and hope

- Where everyone values the legacies left by our tupuna – Te Reo Maori, our stories, our practices, our waiata, our taonga and the places that are significant to our Whanau
- Where everyone knows who they are and where they come from
- Where we celebrate our unique identity and our distinct place in Aotearoa
- Where everyone works together to create new futures, to design the future
- Where everyone shows honour and respect
- Where we show up and choose to be present
- Where everyone understands and is aware of the causes and effects of actions taken or not taken - responsibility and discipline
- Where we pay attention to what has heart and meaning
- Where everyone understands the power of love as the most potent healing force available, extends the arms of love through acknowledgement, acceptance, recognition, validation and gratitude
- Where we acknowledge each other’s skills, each other’s character qualities, each other’s appearance, and the impact we make on each other
- Where we tell the truth, without blame or judgement – the capacity to say what is so
- Where we know and communicate our creative purpose and life dream,
we act from our authentic self, we are truthful and we honour the four ways of seeing (intuition, perception, insight and vision) Where everyone accepts that our work is to come fully forward with our gifts, talents and resources, and to meet our tests and challenges
- Where as teachers, we are open to outcome, not attached to outcome
- Where trust is the container out of which wisdom grows
- Where people do what they say they will do, they walk their talk
- Where listening is valued as much as speaking
- Where no matter how deep the issue is, no matter how much we have struggled with it, the possibility exists for us to become absolutely free, whole, complete.
